This is not just the first time that Madame President Her Excellency Honbl.Smt.Pratiba Patil has come under scrutiny ... the list is quiet long.. its sooo long that you would be left wondering how was she even considered for the role of President... but then again... It's the UPA's regime... so anything is possible.. isn't it !!!
Anyways... shit always happens and someone's got to clean it...
